today's Thursday, its raining and dreadful but i remembered i have to write my blog. i cant say hey i don't want to write today but i remembered i made the commitment and when you make a commitment you should stick to it. so of course I'm trying to stick to my commitment, and be a good blogger. its hard i get sucked into my daily life and i often write these blogs on the fly (again big surprise I'm sitting in English writing this blog) i feel bad because i honestly do have pre planned things to write about yet i run out of time and do them the day of. okay enough my apologies and love (because i do love you all) time for today's post.
i was in psychology today and we were talking about women and our body image, how were objectified and how we ourselves seem to objectify ourselves. I'm not gonna lie i got a little angry, the standard that the world or rather America holds for how we as women must look really pisses me off. no ones perfect and every single woman no matter who you are or where you are is beautiful and special and wonderful no matter what. why (and i cant lie i often get picked up in this standard and hum drum of what we must look like, stupid society) why does it seem that we as young women and girls are we have to be put though this sort of jerk and pull of "we want equality we don't want to be objectified, were beautiful, amazing, smart, strong" to then be put down and knocked on our butts because " equality isn't as important if you're not a double d with a size 2 waist long legs a big butt, who takes 'exoctic' pictures and objectify our self because society gets to pick what beauty and a woman is" . it makes me angry and i don't agree with it all, i guarantee you that i will never ever be a size two with a big chest and super long legs. I'm not perfect, I'm not society's ideal of "beauty" but i am beautiful and so are you!
don't let America tell you what beauty is because we all are honestly who said that size two is even possible? really every photo we see, commercial we watch and magazine we read is extremely airbrushed and over photo shopped, do you and stay beautiful because beauty is what you make it. honestly i hate that we have to conform to and believe what the media and society tells us, lets just forget the lies and lives.

How to breath....
So today was not a great day for me, at all but I was sitting here thinking to myself oh I have to do my blog today and I realized I can vent and say how I feel here and get a post up for the week, I know I know I didn't post last week and I'm sorry I got extremely busy, so I am sorry. here's today's post....
I feel constricted in how I voice the way I feel, I often when it comes to things people and activities I love I tend to try and please them and make them comfortable never voicing how I feel. I feel like I cant breath properly without having to stop and please someone or trying to fix a situation or say sorry or trying to even be honest. today was a trial of nerves for me, I had a very bad day.
I figured why not tell you guys how I decompress and really let it out and finally breath, I do the following things
I read, not for school or education but for enjoyment
I listen to music, generally something calm and a softer type of music not really an get on your feet and dance type of music because then I think it takes away from trying to feel better, more so in a decompressing sense.
I watch YouTube, any type of video just YouTube in general helps me divert my mind for a while.
I drink tea, what a general thing to do but I do I love tea it calms me down and warms me up.
and I try to do other things to make me happy if not all of these things listed in conjunction with other things as well. I hate having the feeling that I cant be happy for the rest of my day so I try my best to make it better after what I feel was the worst is over. here's a video I made on being happy,

this is a jumbled post I know but lets just remember don't let the bad get to us and lets breath lets use our techniques we use to feel happy and breath and take all the good of your day and don't feel constricted in life. okay lets breath...........

Make A Habit of.... not today
I keep forgetting to post my Sunday blog and I apologize profusely for that so I'm going to do a "Sunday" post today!

Why not? once in a while, let it be. life is hard we face struggles we get upset and we get sad. every once in a while because letting it be makes life a tad bit easier and better. let it be, if its too much make the time and let it be. are you mad at your sister? angry you got a C? beyond angry because your mom yelled at you? let it BE!! we cant change the past and twenty minutes from now it wont matter as much. let it be, if not only for today let it be. let it roll off your back and go on with your day. life is tough life is hard, and we need to sometimes let it roll away and forget about it. sometimes letting be will set us free and help us release the bad. so lets just for today and the next couple of times something stressful or bad happens let it be. just let it be.
