Today is a very busy day for me, but I am currently sitting in English typing this post. dedication is key!
I didn't realize how often I automatically assume that if I do something good and nice for another person that they'll do the same in return. I assume it so often that I'm let down a lot, I don't automatically expect it in return how ever I feel as though people should at least recognize the fact that I'm trying to and others are trying to put good into the world.
Yesterday it hit me, like a train, why? why expect something back? I'm doing it just to do it for me its just an automatic response, I love to spread the joy and do good just for the hell of it. I'd like some recognition for my good deeds once in a while however its not at the forefront of my intentions, its literally just an automatic response for me. But what made me think I'd like some recognition was a person I encountered yesterday I had to say no to. They got extremely upset. And it really made me angry, why are you mad the one time I say no? Why after every single other thing I've done for you and others I care about and others that need help, with this one time why do you think you're justified in being angry?
Its not okay to be honest if you are out of the good of your heart or just automatically doing good just for the literal good of it why take the negative response, and let it affect you? If you've never really needed the praise before and the major acknowledgement before, why this one time when someone puts a damper on your usual good intentions is it affecting you or me? It shouldn't we wont let it, I wont let it. I work hard to put good in the world and hopefully get good out, and if this is the case if this is my goal or your goal if your reading this then let it fall off. Try if you don't or if you feel weird just doing you know small favors for people or small acts of kindness, try and do so. You never know the effect we have on people as we go throughout our day. We have both major and minor affects on the people we face and see each day so why not put a little joy and kindness or happiness into their days? Just think how it feels when someone returns that unto to you, its kind of amazing. so I guess today's goal is to go and be kind and brush off the bad, be kind and put good out to hopefully get good in. Remember a small act of kindness can only grow bigger with time.

Breaking the rules
Today's supposed to be make a habit of Thursday but I didn't quite feel like writing a make a habit of today so today's post is on doing you're best.
Why not? doing you're best, the best you can do to help out, make better, strive for a better version of you!
I feel like here lately I've been trying to do my best to help and make my life easier and better and those around me with the same intentions. I feel like if you go into your day and you are being what you consider to be the best version of yourself you'll feel so much happier and it will have a good effect on those around you.
So lets do it, tomorrow let it ALL fall away and literally wake up and be you the best you and hopefully fingers crossed tomorrow is even better than today was. Why? because you did you! you were yourself the best version of yourself, who that is I don't know... for me I'd have to say the best version of me is when I am truly happy, I go into the day with a positive outlook and face things head on and I don't take no for an answer. I try to be the epitome of what I would want others to see and also what I would want to see for my self. the best version regardless of what that is for you, go ahead and do it! break the rules and shine and don't be afraid to be the best!

Inspiration Thursday!
Its come to my attention that here lately I've been overly sad, overly stressed and overwhelmed. So I figured it was time for some inspiration , what's today's inspiration Thursday its having a good support system , a strong backbone and for me here lately this has been my friends they are my inspiration. Making me laugh, smile and forget the bad. They give me inspiration to do my best, be my best and feel my best. You need that in life and I believe to have it you need the best, someone or a group of some ones that inspire you to feel like its all okay and life has more ups than downs.
We need to aspire to make life the best it can be and with good friends, people you trust its more than possible. Life is tough and we all go through the motions of life, too many things that upset us and what inspires me and gets me through my day especially now are my friends. They build me up when I'm down and help me though the tough times. To be inspired and feel inspired you have to have the right people. How do you know you have the right people? When your darkest day comes and your knocked down, and you feel as if no one is there to help you out, out of no where comes the people either you expect or least expect. And like I've said they inspire you to aspire. Make A Habit Of Tuesday!!
Make a habit of taking the time......
hey you lovely lots today is *make a habit of* Tuesday!
I'm reworking and trying to make this blog the best blog it can possibly be. because its a new semester I thought why not make a post to help with our everyday routines and lives so were not over loaded and overstressed with our jobs, daily life woes, and 18 hours of credits, classes, and homework. todays make a habit of is if you cant tell by the title make a habit of taking the time. take the time what does that mean exactly? many things actually, to be honest too many to talk about so instead of a long winded entry I'll name four, four things you should take the time for that I believe will be beneficial to you and your life.
1.make a habit of taking the time to destress
2.make a habit of taking the time to be organized
3. make a habit of taking the time to be happy or look at the good things in your life and finally
4. make a habit of taking the time to realize when its too much, slowdown, take deep breaths
So how do you go about taking the time to distress? Honestly that's all up to you I unwind and Destress with a cup of tea. some YouTube and a good book , when I have the time. If I'm pressed for time or if I genuinely don't have an inane amount of time to destress in my day I make the time with music or I make the time.by writing it out. I make the habit of trying to make myself feel less stressed because I am always overly stressed so I try to make the habit of destressing sometimes in big ways and sometimes in little ways. But honestly whatever helps you to destress and helps take away the major edge and stress do it! Make the time , make it a habit and it'll help you so much more with your mental health and you'll feel better . They say it takes 28 days to form a habit so get to making the habit of destressing.
Okay number two an easy one I think and.one that'll definitely help with the ebb and flow of your daily life. Make a habit of being more organized , I probably take this to a major extreme a lot but organization definitely helps make things easier. If your afraid to go all in with extreme organization like me maybe try little things like organizing your book bag, making your bed every morning, getting ready for the next day the night before or packing your lunch/snacks the night before. It's hard when you start because you have to remember and get in a good rhythm but remember 28 days forms a habit! if your wary of making this habit and starting out slow maybe just rip off that band aid and do it all at once, make your bed every morning, pack snacks and lunch the night before, pre plan your outfit for the night before, set out the things you need to get ready for the next day, prepare your book bag and things the night before so you don't have to do it in the morning the list goes on. do it all and start off this way instead of doing it little by little because then you've taken the jump. yes its even harder but if you just go all in and get it together than its a bit easier to get in the rhythm of being organized.
Make a habit of taking the time to be happy or look at the good things in life. we often go throughout our day and pick out every single negative connotation and thing that made our day horrible, when instead we should be trying to look at the good and the better things that happened in that day. Why?? simply because making this habit will make us happier will help us to be more positive thinkers throughout our days and our lives. take the time to just be happy, look at the good things and remember there's a lot more light than there is dark. as you go though the day instead of picking out the negative and making it all about the bad, try picking out the positive and find what made you most happy during the day, what caused you the most joy in that day and in those moments because it will help to make you feel better and be better. And who doesn't love to be happy?

2014?? What's to come?
As it is now officially a new year I figured I should write my second post..... I've been slacking I know.
I have been busy at work this past week at work coming up with a schedule for my blog and my you tube channel and Ive also been coming up with ideas and themes for my blogs.
So what is to come for 2014? hopefully new and exciting things and hopefully i change for the better. I'm working on making major improvements to myself and my life. I'm going in with a happy attitude and a smart attitude I'm going to hopefully have a great 2014. I want to change lives make improvements and change things for the better. Smile and stay strong you lovely lot 2014 is our year!!!! I feel it in my bones.
